Alice WU is the best in customer service. She kept me posted the whole time. I ordered my LV Wallet and I have never been so surprised with the quality. For all you sceptics out there I would say that you will have to give into the temptation and just order. I've ordered neo cabby gm black , its hard to believe that it is a replica it is exact like the authentic one, the only difference is that it is not represented by LV boutique. I have ordered from another well known site that swears its mirror image, but i was disappointed because it is not 99% or more like high replica. I ordered 10 items from this company. Lois Vuitton and Coach. The bags are ALL totally identical as the REAL ones. I have REAL LV bags. I actually just recently went inside an LV store in Waikiki, Oahu. They COULDNT tell MY bag was NOT the real thing. NO ONE can. I cant even tell. The quality is GREAT> I want to get some more already. They pack them sooo well. And it takes less than a week for delivery. GREAT customer service. I have seen the other sites that might have MORE of a selection, BUT they have NO customer service like THIS site. Only thing is that the WALLETS are NOT the same GREAT quality as the bags are... Sadly! I was disapointed in the quality being PLASTIC mostly the wallets are made of, the material is not the same. My bags however, are WONDERFUL! I got a Damier Azur speedy, and NO ONE can tell its not the REAL thing. A TULUM GM, that a co-worker wants to BUY from me for $1200. I keep telling her NO! As this bag is SOLD OUT and SOOO cute! And a batignolles... and a multicolor Lodge. All of which there is NO way you can tell are NOT the REAL deal. I also got 21 Coach bags that are awesome, and a LV carry-on stlye bag. SOOO adorable. Everyone will look at you thinking they are REAL. Im just very happy the amount I spent on 10 items, was as much as just 1 of the Speedy purses costs! Love them, Ill be BACK for more soon!!!
